Cley Parish Council is producing a Neighbourhood Plan for the parish area.
Such a Plan would supplement the North Norfolk District Council Local Plan and help guide, manage and control development in the parish area.
For the avoidance of any doubt, determining planning applications – even if we have an adopted Neighbourhood Plan – would remain the responsibility of North Norfolk District Council.
Before too much work is done on producing a Plan, we are keen to get views from as many people as possible. This questionnaire is designed to give you a chance to tell us what you think about various matters associated with development in Cley.
Please do let us know what you think.
